I have to say, it was a pleasant experience to visit handles inc today. Bad weather, warm welcome. Roland was extremely helpful, obviously very competent, and helped me find solutions to some interesting hardware issues. All done with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. Great products, nice people, pity about the weather though... Highly recommended, thanks for excellent service!
